About Us
SimplyVoice was established in 2013 to address the need for high-quality, affordable phone systems tailored specifically for senior living communities and facilities. We conducted extensive research into both on-premises and cloud-based phone systems, seeking a solution that was not only reliable but also cost-effective. After identifying a dependable system backbone, we focused on sourcing equally reliable yet affordable phone equipment. Through careful selection and iterative testing, we secured the right hardware to replace the outdated analog systems commonly found in these communities.
Building on our success with phone system installations, we expanded our expertise to include network infrastructure, security cameras and access control systems. This comprehensive service portfolio allows us to meet a broader range of client needs.
Today, we operate nationwide, delivering installations in all 50 states. Our projects range from small-scale setups with as few as nine phones to large-scale installations in new developments, including buildings with 23 stories.

What is one thing on your bucket list? I make sure I do not have a bucket list. If I want to do something, I set my mind to it and get it done. Some would say I do it to the extreme.

What do you enjoy most about working at RSN? I like seeing my visions come to life. I get to see my visions of what I wanted the company to be and the services that I wanted to provide become a reality.

Favorite thing about my job: Sometimes I get the chance to really help people. TV/Internet is the main source of entertainment for many residents and too often we find them stuck in bad contracts with poor service. The best part of my job is when I can improve service for residents and help staff by reducing headaches and even reducing the monthly bill!
Something people don’t know about me: I love Hall and Oates. Yacht Rock is regularly playing in my kitchen and there is undeniable positive effect made on my family dynamic.
